Failed or pending tasks
A confirmed failed generation releases its reserved credits. This is a credit return, not a refund to your payment method. Pending tasks keep their reservation while their outcome is checked. Check task status before submitting another attempt.
Completed videos and purchases
Generated faces, hands and movement can vary. A completed video is not guaranteed to match an exact creative expectation. For a purchase or refund question, contact us with your order reference and explain the issue. Requests are reviewed individually, and any rights required by applicable law remain available.
