These terms apply to your use of Flamingo Float AI.
Using the service
You must be at least 18. Use only a photograph of yourself or a consenting adult and have permission to use the image. Keep your account secure. Flamingo Float AI creates a generated rooftop pool scene. Faces, hands, clothing and movement can vary. Review your video before sharing it.
Credits and purchases
Credit packs are one-time purchases. Check the displayed pack price, credits and generation cost before paying or starting a task. Credits are reserved for an accepted request, consumed on confirmed completion and released on confirmed failure. A completed result with an unwanted visual detail is different from a failed task. Read the Refund Policy before purchasing.
Your content
You retain the rights you hold in your input. Using the service does not grant rights to another person’s likeness, recordings or music. You authorize the processing required to fulfill your request. The Video Processing Terms and Acceptable Use Policy also apply. Contact us about a problem or rights concern. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights.
